There were rumours that Ileana had replaced Shruti Haasan in Pawan Kalyan’s Telugu Gabbar Singh, a remake of Salman Khan’s Dabangg.
But it remained pure rumours, as Shruti started shooting with Pawan for the film from Sunday in Pollachi.
Shruti told : “I’m excited but I’m on my toes. I’m not sitting back and enjoying the success. Too many things are happening. Life is hectic but I’m enjoying every bit of it”.
The actress was down with a flu, still the professional that she is Shruti took part in the shoot.
Later Shruti tweeted : “ Battling the flu but already feeling better, because it is my first day on the sets of Gabbar Singh. Lovely weather in Pollachi.”
